In the first instance please drop me an email or call me on 07886234559. Let me know what's been going on for you and what you would like me to help you with. I aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours.
Sessions last for an hour and cost £115 and are delivered by SKYPE / ZOOM or by calling my landline number. Please have a pen and paper handy as there will be things I teach you in the session that you‘ll want to write down.
Between your scheduled sessions you can email me with any questions, or if you just want to email to give me a progress report I love hearing about client's breakthroughs!
