Workbooks

For the last few months I've been working on workbooks to support individuals who would like learn and apply some strategies and techniques to support them in overcoming issues that are preventing them from moving forward.  The workbooks are not meant to be a replacement for in person therapy, medical or psychiatric support - but for some people learning and applying tried and tested approaches can be hugely beneficial in helping them navigate their way forward.  The first workbooks will be available to buy directly from my website and can be printed off to work through or can be filled out online.

The first workbooks to be released will cover anxiety and depression and you can choose whether to work through the course at your own pace, or stick to the 10 week structure.
